Description
The City of Englewood is seeking a qualified Certified Public Accounting firm to provide financial and compliance auditing services for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026. The engagement may be automatically renewed annually for up to six additional years. Proposals must include a proposal document, a rate sheet with a total all-inclusive maximum price for each year of the potential six-year engagement, and comments on the draft Professional Services Agreement. The solicitation also requires responses to bidder-information and qualification questions, including firm history, office address, organizational details, relevant contracts, and disclosures regarding pending lawsuits or compliance-related charges.
