Description
The University of Pittsburgh, through Pitt Digital, is seeking temporary Cisco-certified technical resources to support the operation, engineering, configuration, monitoring, security, and lifecycle management of its wired and wireless network infrastructure. Requested roles include a program or client success manager, network architect or technical lead, wireless architect, senior network engineer, senior wireless engineer, and associate network engineer. The scope includes network operations, incident management, wired and wireless engineering, network security, load balancing, DNS, DHCP, IP address management, architecture and design, change implementation, documentation, vendor coordination, service reporting, and 24x7x365 operations-center support. Resources will work under the University's operational direction; architect resources will be hybrid with onsite presence as reasonably required, and engineering resources will be primarily onsite. The initial Scope of Services term is twelve months beginning November 1, 2026. Offerors must complete and return the provided rate card, state their resource-delivery timeline, address supply-chain and delivery assumptions, and accept the University's applicable agreement terms without modification.
