Description
Pittsburgh Public Schools is seeking one qualified leave administration firm to provide end-to-end administration of paid and unpaid leave programs, including federal and Pennsylvania leave requirements, the Family and Medical Leave Act, Board policies, and collective bargaining provisions. Services include leave intake, eligibility determinations, medical-certification processing, approval and denial notices, intermittent-leave tracking, recertifications, return-to-work coordination, benefit-exhaustion notifications, secure handling of protected health information, and 24/7 employee access through web, mobile, and phone channels. The scope also includes ADA and ADAAA accommodation tracking and interactive-process support; integration with the District's Munis/Tyler Technologies ERP and Frontline absence-management system; claims reporting, audits, data access, and transition of records at contract termination; implementation planning; stakeholder training through live webinars and prerecorded modules; designated account management; and recurring meetings and program reviews. Proposals must address the District's general questions, including organizational qualifications, experience with organizations of 4,000 or more employees, references, sample communications, integration approach, and a sample services contract.
