Description
The City of Pittsburgh seeks a municipal advisor to advise on debt issuance, debt restructuring, debt policies, and debt management, including competitive and negotiated bond sales and private placements. The advisor will support communications and meetings with underwriters, bond counsel, public bodies, and other stakeholders; prepare and review preliminary and final official statements, offering documents, and closing documents; analyze financial proposals; and assist with required filings, disclosures, registrations, and publications. The contractor will also help procure and select related professionals and services, such as underwriters, verification agents, bond insurers, liquidity providers, and electronic bidding services. The proposal must address the firm's qualifications and experience, project team, approach and work plan, cost proposal, references, and good-faith efforts to obtain participation from minority-, women-, veteran-owned, and LGBTQIA+ businesses. The resulting contract is intended to have a three-year term.
