Description
The University of Pittsburgh is soliciting proposals for catalog and curriculum management systems serving its five campuses. The solution must support catalog authoring, multiple editions and campuses, reusable content, workflows, approvals, publishing to HTML and accessible PDF, search, reporting, role-based access, audit trails, accessibility conformance, and integration with the University's PeopleSoft Campus Solutions student information system and Snowflake data warehouse. Curriculum capabilities must include proposal creation and routing, complex approval workflows, impact analysis, committee agendas, dashboards, notifications, version reuse, and synchronization of approved changes into catalog content. The scope includes implementation planning, migration of existing catalog content and curriculum proposals, training for all user roles, ongoing technical consulting and support, a dedicated account manager, service-level commitments, security and compliance documentation, and a proposed SLA. The requested agreement is for a three-year term with one two-year renewal option. Respondents must complete the specifications matrix and provide pricing, an implementation and service approach, references, organizational and support information, and the required authorization and analysis materials.
