Description

The Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network is requesting qualifications from providers to establish and expand a qualified list for Applied Behavior Analysis services for Medicaid-eligible individuals under 21 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Services may be delivered in home, clinic, community, or combined settings and must address communication, social interaction, restricted behaviors, functional skills, and independence. Providers must meet Michigan Medicaid Behavioral Health Treatment requirements and demonstrate appropriate clinical, operational, technology, privacy, staffing, quality, and coordination capabilities. Responses must address minimum and preferred qualifications, including ABA provider experience, service capacity for at least 50 Medicaid beneficiaries upon contract award, qualified clinical personnel, references, cultural competence, technical integration with the network’s electronic health record or 837 claims capability, HIPAA safeguards, workplan, timeline, and acceptance of the applicable autism services fee schedule. The qualified list may accept additional providers through September 30, 2031; placement does not guarantee a contract, referral volume, or future work. Contracts may have an initial term of up to two years with up to three additional one-year renewal terms.
