Description
The City of Detroit's Housing and Revitalization Department (HRD) and Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) are seeking qualified contractors for single family home repairs under the Detroit Supply Schedule Program. Services include lead hazard control, electrical repairs, furnace replacement, roof replacement, plumbing repairs, door and window replacement, porches, and other structural repairs. The contract is an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) arrangement. Contractors must hold a State of Michigan Residential Builder's License, be a Certified Lead Abatement Firm for certain programs, and meet other certifications. The solicitation is open-ended with a close date of January 12, 2030.
