Description
The Great Lakes Water Authority is seeking proposals from qualified firms for a three-year, as-needed architectural and engineering services contract awarded to a single firm. Services may include programming validation, stakeholder engagement, assessments, concepts, sketches, code reviews, design development, construction documents, estimating, bidding support, and construction contract administration. Potential assignments include office, control room, laboratory, restroom, parking lot, masonry, window, and other building or site renovations and repairs across administrative, operational, water, wastewater, process-related utility, warehouse, and support facilities. The selected firm may also be asked to quote major projects, provide laser scanning or reality capture, and include move-management services if available. The authority stated that it prefers to contract directly with the firm performing the services rather than a brokered firm; subcontractor information is required in the submission materials.
