Description
The City of Detroit seeks a contractor to supply 12.5% sodium hypochlorite solution for use in city recreation center pools. The required product is to be supplied in five-gallon drums or pails, delivered to designated facilities, unloaded, and transported inside as directed. The listed locations are Adams Butzel Recreation Center, Williams Recreation Center, Patton Recreation Center, Coleman Young Recreation Center, Heilmann Recreation Center, Northwest Activity Center, and Brennan Pool. The price sheet identifies estimated annual quantities of 100 one-gallon containers, 1,400 five-gallon containers, and 100 delivery-fee units; however, the scope specifies five-gallon drums or pails. The City anticipates one or multiple awards, with awards made on a low-bid basis, and the contract term may be up to three years. Respondents must demonstrate at least three years of comparable sodium hypochlorite supply experience and provide the required questionnaire, price sheet, affidavits, and certifications through the designated supplier portal.
