Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is requesting quotations for commercial heating-system repair, inspection, servicing, and diagnostic services for the Headquarters and Maintenance Buildings at the Alaska Peninsula/Becharof National Wildlife Refuge. Headquarters Building work includes repairs and replacements involving oil-fired boilers, glycol heating loops, air-handling equipment, controls, piping, valves, glycol solution, filters, belts, and related components, followed by operational testing. Maintenance Building work is limited to inspection, troubleshooting, routine servicing, operational evaluation, and a written diagnostic report; significant corrective repairs require separate written authorization. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, permits, and incidentals. This is a total small-business set-aside for one firm-fixed-price purchase order, with award to the lowest-priced technically acceptable quotation. Quotations must include the completed Bid Schedule and Technical Capability Confirmations, quoter information and UEI, SAM registration confirmation, and any exceptions; no lengthy technical proposal, management plan, resumes, or photographs are required. Amendment 01 extends the offer deadline to September 15, 2026, at 12:00 Pacific Time, and requires acknowledgment of the amendment.
