Description
Nevada State Public Works Division is soliciting construction services to install a chiller and other HVAC equipment for chilled water system improvements at the Northern Nevada State Veterans Home. Work must be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The contract time is 60 calendar days, liquidated damages are $900 per calendar day, and prevailing wages are required under PWP #WA-2026-506. The estimated project value is $1,145,000.00. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is mandatory for all prime contractors.
