The U.S. Army is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quotation from a small-business concern for one complete scheduling-office furniture requirement. The requested products are Herman Miller or equal items, including seven electric height-adjustable tables, seven surface-attached filing pedestals, left- and right-hand table leg components, seven modesty panels, fixed-height support legs, seven work surfaces, seven single-screen monitor arms, and seven dual monitor-arm bars. Detailed dimensions, finishes, options, quantities, and drawings are provided in the bills of materials and scheduling-office drawings. The furniture must be delivered FOB destination to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. Award is subject to availability of funds and is intended to be made on a firm-fixed-price, best-value basis considering technical acceptability, price, and past performance.
