Description
The United States Coast Guard is seeking five brand-name Absolyte Battery Kits (12 Cell), part number 100G17, NSN 6140-01-627-6177. No substitutions will be accepted. The requirement includes ancillary shipping and delivery to TFSI in Anchorage, Alaska, for use at Remote Fixed Facilities throughout Alaska. Standard commercial packaging is acceptable; the product part number must be visible on the packaging and the shipping label must be accurate. FOB Destination delivery is required, and partial shipments are acceptable and encouraged. The resulting purchase order will be firm-fixed-price and awarded to the lowest-price technically acceptable quote. Vendors must include lead time, a 30-day quote validity period, cost breakdown, unit and extended prices, payment terms, prompt-payment discount, UEI, federal tax identification number, and CAGE code. The acquisition is a total small-business set-aside. The manufacturer's estimated lead time is approximately 14 weeks, although the Government's need-by date remains September 30, 2026.
