Description
The United States Air Force is soliciting quotes for four complete structural aircraft maintenance toolkits in heavy-duty mobile roll-cab storage units. Each toolkit includes a 127-line bill of materials of aircraft maintenance, riveting, clamping, cutting, measuring, fastening, and related hand tools, along with precision pre-cut dual-color foam drawer inserts and custom tool organization. The requirement also includes precision laser etching of serialized inventory/control codes on designated tools and custom CNC foam shadowing for all cabinet drawers. Brand-name products are preferred, but equal products may be proposed if they meet or exceed the stated salient characteristics. Offerors proposing equal items must submit complete product specifications, part numbers, and descriptive literature. Delivery is FOB destination, with an optional freight line including liftgate service and secure palletization. The acquisition is a 100% small-business set-aside and is subject to availability of funds.
