Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is procuring two Government-furnished Thordon lower rudder bearings, Part Number F6875573087, approximately 18.4 inches outside diameter by 15.4 inches inside diameter by 38.1 inches long. No substitutions are permitted. The bearings will support Work Item 37, Rudder Stock Remove, Inspect, & Repair, including potential replacement of the port and starboard lower bearing assemblies following inspection. The quotation must be firm-fixed-price, all-inclusive, and demonstrate compliance with the Statement of Work. Technical capability and past performance are pass/fail factors, with award to the responsible offeror offering the lowest evaluated price among acceptable quotations. Any anticipated subcontractors must be identified with their contact information, assigned work, and percentage of work. Performance must be completed within 10 days of contract award.
