Description
Dyer County Government is soliciting bids for the Re-Entry Project / Phase 2 Finish-Out at Dyer County Jail. The work includes general building construction, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical construction. Bids must include a certified check, bank draft, U.S. Government bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond equal to 5% of the bid. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond, separate labor and material payment bond, and insurance acceptable to the owner. Bidders must be properly licensed under applicable Tennessee laws.
