Description
Lower Nazareth Township is soliciting bids for the complete removal of existing heating and air-conditioning equipment and replacement with new heating and air-conditioning equipment at its municipal building. The work includes all labor, equipment, materials, and associated work identified in the contract specifications and plans. This public-works project is subject to Pennsylvania prevailing-wage requirements. A bid bond equal to 10% of the total bid price is required. The solicitation identifies required submission materials including a bid bond, Contractor's Qualification Statement, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Public Works Employment Verification Form, Bidder Acknowledgments questionnaire, and completed pricing bid table.
