Description
The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda is soliciting bids for replacement of five rooftop HVAC package units and the uninstallation, removal, and reinstallation of one additional unit. The work must be coordinated with a separately contracted roofing contractor performing roof replacement during the same project period. Anticipated onsite work is five consecutive days, subject to weather and field conditions. The submission package includes the Proposal Submittal Checklist, Form of Proposal, Profile of Proposer, Cover Letter, Qualifications and Experience, Proposed Approach, Customer Service, Cost Analysis and Budget for Primary Services, References, and confirmation of submission of the Conflict of Interest Form. The solicitation requires a mandatory bid walk, submission of questions through the Bonfire portal, and proposal submission through that portal. The attached package also includes insurance requirements, scope of work, and a sample construction services agreement.
