Description
The Arizona Department of Administration, State Procurement Office, is soliciting proposals to establish one or more single-agency contracts for the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions. The contractor will provide liability claims adjusting and processing services, workers’ compensation claims adjusting and processing services, or both, with service coverage intended statewide on an as-needed basis and no guaranteed spending. Offerors must submit the applicable service-specific experience and capacity and method-of-approach responses, along with the required offer and acceptance, conformance statement, confidentiality designation, letter of insurability, subcontractor, organization profile, key personnel, references, pricing, and financial information materials. The solicitation requires the latest two years of audited annual financial statements, or specified alternative unaudited financial information when audited data is unavailable.
