CALL FOR BIDS Yavapai County is seeking bids to SUPPLY OR SUPPLY AND DELIVER SELECT MATERIAL IN YAVAPAI COUNTY, ARIZONA (IFB # 27-PW-19). Solicitation documents will be available September 15, 2026, on the County's eProcurement Portal, located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/yavapai. Submissions are due no later than October 1, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. The Yavapai County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all offers, to waive formalities, and to accept the offer deemed to be in the best interest of Yavapai County. Description
Yavapai County is soliciting bids for select aggregate material supplied either for pickup or with delivery throughout the county. The material must consist of clean, approved stone, gravel, or similar inert material; meet specified plasticity and gradation requirements; exclude volcanic cinders; and be approved by the County before supply or delivery. Bidders must provide unit pricing per ton, per cubic yard, and a delivery rate per mile. Delivery charges must be included in the delivery rate, and orders will generally be placed with five days' advance notice. The County may make multiple awards and does not guarantee any minimum or maximum purchases. The solicitation requires electronic submission through the OpenGov Procurement Portal. Required response information includes pricing, acknowledgement and acceptance of the solicitation, tax identification information, company-structure information, subcontractor information if applicable, and a non-collusion affidavit. The contract begins November 1, 2026, for one year, with up to four additional one-year extensions by mutual agreement. The County may evaluate suppliers based on price, proximity to the job site, truck capacity, material and loading availability, and delivery pricing. Suppliers are responsible for laboratory testing, certifications, representative samples, and compliance documentation for the material offered.
