Description
The USDA Forest Service is requesting quotations under solicitation 127EAX26Q0050 for construction of new parking areas, entrances, barriers, and amenities at the Skidmore Day Use Area. The work includes clearing and grubbing, excavation and embankment, earthwork compaction, aggregate surface courses, concrete accessible parking stalls and paths, picnic tables, pedestal grills, trash cans, parking bumpers, a culvert, steel barriers, and traffic signs. Option items include additional steel barriers, ramadas, and a double-vault toilet. The acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. The performance period is 180 calendar days, and work is restricted to October 1 through April 14. Amendment 1 extends the quotation deadline to September 21, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time; all other terms remain unchanged.
