Description
The U.S. Forest Service is seeking 45 steel, bear-resistant, three-cubic-yard front-end-load dumpsters for developed campground and day-use sites in the Prescott National Forest. Each dumpster must have a lockable steel sloping lid, two 23-inch access doors with paddle latches and cable tethers, reinforced lift pockets compatible with standard front-load commercial refuse vehicles, and a padlock- or combination-lock-compatible locking mechanism. The dumpsters must be constructed of specified steel gauges, powder-coated brown for rust resistance, and certified by LWWF and IGBC. Delivery is requested by February 26, 2027, with delivery scheduled in advance; early delivery is acceptable. This is a total small-business set-aside commercial-item RFQ, and quotations must be submitted by email.
