REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL BOONTON HOUSING AUTHORITY RISK MANAGEMENT FIRM JANUARY 1 2027 - DECEMBER 31, 2027 The Boonton Housing Authority (BHA) is soliciting quotes from qualified Risk Management Consultants/Risk Management Companies to provide risk management services in connection with BHA's participation in the New Jersey Public Housing Authority Joint Insurance Fund (NJPHA JIF). Firms must be properly licensed in New Jersey, experienced in serving public entities (public housing experience preferred), familiar with joint insurance funds, and able to comply with all NJPHA JIF, pay-to-play, business registration, and conflict-of-interest requirements. Services will include coordination with NJPHA JIF, assistance with claims and loss analysis, loss control and safety recommendations, training, and annual coverage and risk management reporting. Interested firms should submit a brief statement of qualifications, proposed approach, references, and fee proposal by October 1, 2026 to Sherry Sims, Executive Director, via email at Sherry@boontonhousing.org with the subject line "RFQ - Risk Management Consultant." The Boonton Housing Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified risk management consultants or companies to support its participation in the New Jersey Public Housing Authority Joint Insurance Fund. The one-year engagement, running from January 1 through December 31, 2027, includes coordination with the joint insurance fund, claims assistance and loss analysis, loss-control and safety recommendations, training, and annual coverage and risk management reporting. Firms must be properly licensed in New Jersey, have experience serving public entities, and be familiar with joint insurance funds. Public housing experience is preferred.
