Description
The New York City Housing Authority is seeking investigation firms to investigate claims against NYCHA involving personal injury and property damage. The selected firm or firms will also adjust certain property damage claims and claims arising under Regulation 68 of the New York State Insurance Law, commonly known as the No-Fault Law. The agreement is for a three-year term with two one-year renewal options. Proposals must include a Cost Proposal in Excel and a single PDF containing all proposal components, submitted electronically through iSupplier. Hard-copy, email, fax, and mail submissions will not be accepted.
