Description
Yavapai County Superior Court is soliciting competitive bids for a cache of specified LG-brand HVAC parts in new, original-equipment-manufacturer condition. The parts schedule includes printed circuit board assemblies, filters, transformers, motors, solenoids, shrouds, thermistors, compressors, and cross-fan assemblies in specified quantities. No substitutions are permitted unless supported by an official manufacturer authorization, and partial bids are permitted when certain parts are unavailable. The awarded contractor must package the parts to prevent shipping damage, include applicable manufacturer warranties, provide shipment tracking or delivery confirmation, and deliver the parts after award and no later than December 31, 2026. No installation or other on-site services are required. Bids are evaluated on conformity, responsibility, and price, with award to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
