Description
Mohave County is soliciting bids for an annual requirements contract covering the supply and delivery of automotive and heavy-equipment fluids and lubricants. Products include motor oils, synthetic oils, gear lubricants, automatic transmission fluids, tractor hydraulic fluids, heat-transfer oil, moly grease, multipurpose grease, and diesel exhaust fluid. Estimated quantities are provided for bulk, drums, gallons, quarts, pails, kegs, and tubes, but purchases will be made on an as-needed basis and quantities are not guaranteed. Products must meet or exceed applicable equipment-manufacturer specifications and current American Petroleum Institute requirements, be suitable for year-round fleet operations, and consist of virgin oil products. The contractor must provide product safety data sheets, maintain reasonable stock, deliver to designated fleet shops and roads yards within Mohave County, generally within three business days of an order, and remove empty drums. Equivalent products may be offered, and catalog discounts and delivery charges must be provided. Responses must include the required online forms and supporting information, including the signed Offer and Acceptance Form and any subcontractor information.
