PUBLICATION REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS PROJECT: ON-CALL SURVEYOR SERVICES RFQ NO.: 2027-010-RFQ DATE ISSUED: August 25, 2026 OPENING DATE: September 24, 2026 TIME: 2 PM (Local AZ Time) Notice is hereby given that the County of Mohave, Arizona is soliciting competitive statements of qualifications to provide professional Surveyor Services. RFQ questions are due September 9, 2026. Award will be made by written notification to the successful bidders. Description
Mohave County, on behalf of the Flood Control District, is seeking statements of qualifications from registered land surveyors to provide on-call, as-needed professional surveying services supporting flood-control planning and construction activities. The County intends to select up to five consultants and does not guarantee any minimum quantity of services. Potential assignments may include identifying property corners, easement and right-of-way boundaries, preparing topographic maps, surveying profiles and cross-sections, completing elevation certificates, preparing legal descriptions, monumenting easement boundaries, developing exhibits, and related surveying work. Experience with real-time network systems, GPS ground-station infrastructure, and Leica Spider software is desirable but not required. Firms must be actively registered with the Arizona Board of Technical Registration and provide properly trained and equipped personnel. Responses are evaluated on team and firm qualifications, experience, past performance, available resources, and approach.
