Submission Instructions
Description
Yavapai County is soliciting bids from contractors to provide operated construction equipment, qualified operators, tradespeople, and related services on an as-needed basis. The scope covers paving, dirt work, brush and landscape maintenance, drainage, concrete work, miscellaneous equipment, tradespeople, and traffic-control devices across three county zones. Equipment must be supplied with qualified operators where specified, and bidders may submit prices for selected items rather than all equipment categories. Pricing is requested by zone and by hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, mobilization, square-yard, or acre units, as applicable. The contract is non-exclusive, provides no guaranteed minimum or maximum work, and individual projects may not exceed $225,000. The initial term begins November 1, 2026, for one year, with up to four additional one-year extensions by mutual agreement. Electronic submission requires the completed original Excel pricing proposal, required acknowledgments and business information, a non-collusion affidavit, and a subcontractor list if subcontractors will be used.
