Description
Duncanville Independent School District is establishing a multi-award catalog contract with vendors that can provide fine arts supplies, equipment, and related services on an as-needed basis. Vendors must submit pricing that includes shipping and handling charges unless otherwise noted or separately negotiated. Awards may be made to multiple vendors throughout the solicitation’s open period upon acceptance of a proposal response. The contract covers the 2026–2027 school year, with three additional years—2027–2028, 2028–2029, and 2029–2030—available by mutual agreement. The solicitation is an informal RFP with no bid bond and no pre-bid conference. Responses must be submitted through the District’s online bidding application by the stated deadline.
