Description
The City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs is seeking a graphic design consultant to research, develop, and implement a cohesive visual brand identity supporting its arts and cultural programs, initiatives, and upcoming major events. The scope includes brand strategy and look-and-feel collateral, refreshed and new logo concepts, print and digital templates, posters, flyers, postcards, email headers, website banners, presentation decks, outdoor advertising, social media formats, webpage templates, event banners, wayfinding and signage templates, branded event toolkits, and a promotional publication. The project budget is not to exceed $75,000, inclusive of all costs. The contract term is one year, renewable upon review, with the project period expressly stated as January 15, 2027, through January 15, 2028. Proposers must submit a cover letter, firm description, qualifications and experience, examples of past work, key personnel information, references, proposed fees and expenses, an audited financial statement or acceptable alternative financial documentation, and specified City compliance forms and affidavits. The City will evaluate design narrative, relevant experience, work samples, scope clarity, and cost reasonableness.
