Description
The United Nations Development Programme in Algeria is seeking a legally registered communication, publishing, or graphic-design agency to provide end-to-end production of Algeria’s National Adaptation Plan. The scope includes French proofreading and editorial harmonization; graphic design and layout of an approximately 100-page A4 report; at least 15 original infographics in four languages; an 8–12-page executive summary; a 16–24-page summary booklet; translation from French into Arabic, English, and Tamazight with independent linguistic revision; accessible interactive and high-definition PDFs; and a communication toolkit containing key figures, messages, social-media visuals, an editable PowerPoint presentation, and briefing sheets. The contractor must print 60 copies of the main report using specified paper, finishing, and binding requirements, deliver them to the UNDP premises in Algiers, and provide open source files. An optional separately priced online interactive version would include responsive multilingual web development, accessibility compliance, hosting if needed for 12 months, source code, documentation, and a handover session. The assignment requires a minimum five years of relevant agency experience, at least three similar recent publications, multilingual layout experience including Arabic and Tamazight, qualified key personnel, and delivery of final products no later than November 3, 2026.
