Description
The United Nations Development Programme office in Honduras is soliciting qualified advertising agencies for a non-exclusive Long-Term Agreement lasting up to three years. The selected agencies will support communication campaigns through audience research, brand and positioning strategy, creative concept development, campaign testing, graphic design, photography, video, animation, radio and television production, focus groups, and preparation of editable source files. The scope also includes traditional and digital media planning and placement, SEO, SEM, SMO, campaign monitoring, media optimization, reporting, third-party media purchasing, and management of creative execution funds. The solicitation anticipates multiple service orders without guaranteeing a minimum volume and estimates approximately USD 2,812,500 in design and media-placement activity over three years. Up to two technically qualified, lowest-priced offerors may receive agreements. Bidders must demonstrate substantial advertising experience, relevant campaign history, financial capacity, qualified key personnel, and supporting legal, tax, corporate, financial, and client-reference documentation.
