Description
The Vancouver Police Department is establishing a Qualified Supplier List of experienced graphic design and creative service providers for as-needed assignments supporting communications, marketing, promotional, public engagement, and corporate branding initiatives. Services may include branding and identity design; print materials; digital assets; event materials; campaign collateral; accessible documents; motion graphics; video editing; and multimedia production. Suppliers may be engaged for future assignments on an as-needed basis, and inclusion on the list does not guarantee work volume or revenue. Applicants must submit the required qualification and pricing materials and demonstrate relevant experience and capabilities. The resulting agreements are expected to have a three-year initial term with two optional one-year extensions, for a maximum five-year term. Work may be performed remotely, with no physical delivery location specified.
