Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting quotes for linen and laundry services supporting the Cincinnati VA Medical Center. The contractor must provide services meeting the Performance Work Statement, including clean/soiled linen separation, regulatory compliance, disinfected equipment, current scale certification, delivery and implementation planning, quality control, continuity and contingency planning, sustainability planning, and technical support. Quotes must include separate administrative and technical volumes, a completed price-cost Excel sheet, and either one combined references PDF or exactly three past-performance questionnaires. Administrative materials include a cover page, amendment and terms concurrence, applicable joint-venture documentation, points of contact, insurance certificates, and completed required clauses. The technical response must address the service approach, regulatory compliance, quality control, continuity, sustainability, facilities and backup facilities, deployment schedule, technical support, and subcontractors. The solicitation uses comparative evaluation of administrative compliance, technical capability, price, past performance, and veterans preference.
