Description
Mendocino County seeks a contractor to provide a standardized facility textile services program, including commercial-grade entrance mat rental, delivery, installation, scheduled exchange, laundering, inspection, and replacement; reusable shop towel and rag rental, pickup, laundering, replacement, and usage reporting; and wet mop, dust mop, and microfiber system rental and laundering. Services must address slip resistance, hazardous-material handling, and applicable environmental and wastewater regulations. The scope also includes managed inventory services for paper towels, toilet tissue, soap and sanitizer refills, air fresheners, first-aid cabinet servicing, and safety PPE replenishment. The County may optionally add a uniform rental and laundering program for mechanics and maintenance staff, including fitting, inventory tracking, repairs, replacement, embroidery, and flame-resistant garments. Proposals must include an implementation approach, company and personnel qualifications, references, pricing, and the required attachments and certifications.
