Description
The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services is purchasing one TRUE Gravity Elliptical, Model XC20350L0, in matte black, with a required UNITE LED Console. The elliptical must include the specified features and specifications, including a 21-inch stride length, 8-inch step-up height, self-generating operation, and a compact 63-inch by 32-inch by 64-inch footprint. Pricing must include all applicable delivery, setup, and warranty costs, and substitutions are not permitted unless authorized in the solicitation documents. The supplier must enter pricing in the OhioBuys item grid; any separate quote must exactly match the item-grid total. The award will be made to the lowest-cost responsive and responsible supplier, and the solicitation is identified as an MBE set-aside requiring active MBE certification at closing.
