Description
The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health's Submit Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is soliciting a supplier to provide and install the latest Honeywell software and move existing HVAC services and settings to a new virtual server provided by the agency. The work includes database freezes and backups, graphics exports, database upgrades from R400 to R600 and R2025, dependency and EBI installations, database and graphics conversion, migration and testing, point-to-point verification, and final cutover. Bidders must identify any additional services required. A Statement of Work must accompany the bid and provide estimated hours for each listed line item. Pricing must be entered in the OhioBuys item grid, and any separate quote must match the grid total exactly. The award will be made to the lowest-cost responsive and responsible supplier, with delivery, setup, and warranty costs included; substitutions are not permitted unless authorized. The opportunity was initially designated as an MBE set-aside but is stated to be open market for this round due to no responses.
