Description
The Town of Mead is seeking a contractor to jet and clean designated sanitary sewer lines, manholes, and storm sewer culverts; provide sewer flow control; perform Level 1 manhole inspections; and conduct sanitary sewer mainline CCTV inspections. CCTV operators must be PACP-certified, and reports must comply with PACP software requirements. The scope also includes root cutting, heavy cleaning when approved, storm drain inlet cleaning, debris removal and disposal, traffic control when required, and delivery of inspection data through the Town’s ArcGIS system. Addendum #1 confirms that the contract term is one year with up to five annual renewals, with one-third of the system cleaned and inspected annually in one continuous mobilization. It corrects the annual CCTV quantity to 37,040 linear feet, confirms that bid, performance, and payment bonds are not required, requires acknowledgment of the addendum in the Bid Form, and states that the first year’s work is anticipated to be completed by December 31, 2026. Insurance is required, including workers’ compensation, comprehensive general liability, automobile liability, and professional liability coverage.
