Description
Salt Lake City Corporation is soliciting proposals for a secure, browser-accessible cloud-based SaaS platform supporting real-time job pricing, compensation benchmarking, salary survey data management, market analysis, job matching, salary structures, compensation analytics, dashboards, reporting, and scenario modeling. The platform must support role-based access, audit logs, encryption, backups, disaster recovery, historical data, survey participation, configurable reports, and data exchange with the City's Workday HRIS through API, SFTP, or another industry-standard method. The selected vendor will provide implementation, integration, training, ongoing customer support, service-level commitments, system updates, and necessary user licenses. The proposal must address mandatory security and compliance requirements, including SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification and storage of City data exclusively on servers in the continental United States. Vendors must submit a narrative technical response and a completed cost proposal; optional confidentiality materials may also be submitted when applicable. The contract term is five years.
