Description
The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is soliciting recurring maintenance services for 12 existing above-ground fuel vault fill stations serving diesel and gasoline. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, permits, transportation, taxes, and fees; no new installations or retrofitting are included. The scope includes quarterly routine maintenance and general inspections, annual equipment inspection and calibration, electrical and safety-system reviews, monitoring-system checks, leak detection and emergency shutoff verification, spill-containment and fire-extinguisher inspections, compliance with applicable NFPA, EPA, CAL/OSHA, APSA, and AQMD requirements, and service logs and inspection reports. Bidders must hold the specified California contractor license classifications, DIR registration, required hazardous-service permits, and a valid STI/SPFA SP001 Aboveground Tank System Inspector training certificate. The agreement is estimated to run from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2029.
