Description
Orange County, New York is seeking one qualified vendor to provide automotive alignment services for County-owned vehicles. The scope includes two-wheel front-end alignments and four-wheel alignments for cars, light trucks, vans, and trucks up to and including one-ton dump trucks. The vendor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, supplies, and materials necessary to perform the work, including electronic and computer services as needed. Services must be performed by factory-trained and certified technicians, generally within five business days after vehicles are delivered to the vendor's facility. The vendor's facility must be within a 60-minute radius of the Orange County Department of Public Works facility at 2455–2459 Route 17M, Goshen, New York. The solicitation also includes pricing for additional repair labor and parts when repairs are needed to complete an alignment, along with requirements for repair estimates, service records, alignment-angle printouts, warranties, insurance, and compliance certifications.
