Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is requesting a single all-or-none purchase of brand-name Snap-on or equal automotive tools and equipment for the Veterans Benefits Administration. The requirement includes approximately 200 line items, including comprehensive socket, wrench, ratchet, plier, screwdriver, and specialty tool sets; pneumatic and battery-powered impact tools; brake, cooling-system, pressure, tire, and electrical diagnostic equipment; inspection tools; workbenches, storage cabinets, lockers, lighting, and related shop accessories. The solicitation identifies specific Snap-on part numbers and requires exact quantities and all listed components. Quotes must include all contract line items; partial quotes will not be evaluated. The technical submission must identify the proposed brand, model numbers, part numbers, required accessories, and estimated delivery timeframe. Delivery is required within 60 days after receipt of the delivery order. The solicitation permits brand-name or equal products and evaluates quotations on technical acceptability and price.
