Description
The City of Phoenix is soliciting electronic bids for annual certified inspections, maintenance, minor repairs, adjustments, and as-needed major repairs for an inventory of 146 automotive lifts at City Fleet Services and related facilities. Inspections must comply with the current ANSI/ALI standard and be performed by Automotive Lift Institute-certified inspectors. The contractor must provide inspection reports, inspection stickers, estimates, repair documentation, quality-assurance inspections, and timely service responses. Minor repairs and adjustments are included at no additional cost; additional repairs require prior written authorization. The scope includes parts replacement, OEM-authorized parts sourcing, local parts availability, repair warranties, on-site repairs for stationary equipment, local repairs for mobile equipment, and optional purchase and installation of new or replacement equipment. Contractors must meet experience and licensing requirements, maintain required insurance, comply with OSHA and applicable safety requirements, and complete the City’s electronic vendor questionnaire and required forms. The contract is for three years with two one-year extension options.
