Description
Surrey School District is establishing a Qualified Supplier Roster for suppliers capable of modifying new fleet vehicles before deployment and adjusting or repairing existing vehicles. The scope includes installing shelving, workbenches, partitions, ladder racks, liners, mats, wiring, storage systems, accessories, lighting, and first aid kits across multiple vehicle makes and models. Qualified suppliers may be invited to quote on individual assignments through later competitive processes. Respondents must submit the provided Submission Form and Questionnaire, demonstrate relevant experience and references, provide information about products, manufacturers, licenses, permits, and certificates, and upload a National Safety Mark Certificate. The supplier must maintain a staffed office in the Lower Mainland of Vancouver, and subcontracting requires prior written consent. The Master Framework Agreement is stated to run for three years from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2029, with no guaranteed work volume or value.
