Description
Fresno Unified School District is soliciting equipment-only proposals for network equipment supporting internal connections. The requested scope includes Cisco or equivalent network switches and associated software, licenses, power supplies, network modules, stacking cables, support subscriptions, compact switches, and related components; Cisco VoIP desk phones; and approximately 90 feet of cabling. The pricing worksheet also includes separate eligible and ineligible equipment groups, applicable sales tax, and freight or handling charges. The procurement does not require installation, design, configuration, or other professional services. Three similar-scope-and-size references performed by the bidding legal entity within the last five years are required, including comparable switching and VoIP environments. Proposals must use the provided pricing worksheet without modifying formulas or other workbook content, and the addendum must be acknowledged in the online response form.
