Description
The Town of Parker is soliciting proposals from qualified commercial HVAC contractors to provide scheduled preventive maintenance, seasonal inspections, testing, documentation, 24/7 emergency response, and corrective repair services for 46 assets across nine Town facilities. The inventory includes rooftop units, DX chillers, and pool dehumidification units, with 46 assets requiring cooling-season service and 37 requiring heating-season service. The contractor must furnish labor, supervision, tools, testing instruments, transportation, reports, routine consumables, and related equipment. The scope includes baseline asset verification, annual service scheduling, cooling and heating maintenance, combustion and carbon-monoxide testing, refrigerant management, chiller and hydronic-system support, pool dehumidification maintenance, emergency repairs, written estimates, authorized corrective work, digital service reports, and maintenance-history tracking. Proposals must include company information, supplier-question responses, comparable experience and three references, technician qualifications, emergency-response commitments, sample service reports, pricing for all facilities and labor periods, parts and other charges, subcontractor information, assumptions, exceptions, and renewal-pricing terms.
