Description
The California Department of Motor Vehicles is soliciting bids for the printing and delivery of 280,000 custom Accounting Check Envelopes (ADM 5011). The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation; perform the predominant printing function with its own equipment, facilities, and employees; produce electronic and construction proofs for approval; and provide test and finished samples. The envelopes must meet detailed dimensional, paper, ink, window, adhesive, closure, packaging, palletizing, labeling, USPS, and machine-insertion performance requirements. Delivery is anticipated for January 13, 2027, to the DMV warehouse in Sacramento. The estimated total budget is $26,856.90. The award will be based on the lowest responsible, responsive bid.
