Description
The City of Philadelphia Water Department is soliciting a complete printing and mailing package for 385,000 annual service line material notifications. The scope includes five 8.5-by-11-inch, 60-pound offset-text sheets per mailing, four-color printing, variable artwork and data on the first sheet, consistent artwork on the remaining four pages, folding and nesting, insertion into printed #10 non-window envelopes, presorting, inkjet addressing, mail matching, and delivery to the post office. The solicitation may be awarded as a whole or by line item to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, but bidders must quote all items to be eligible. Electronic quotes are permitted, and no delivery or services may begin until authorized by the department.
