Description
The University of Arkansas at Little Rock is soliciting bids for the production of 430,100 tri-fold brochures. The scope includes setup fees, brochure printing, brochure folding, shipping, and any additional materials, equipment, or labor needed to meet the specifications. Bidders must identify the soybean oil ink brand and paper stock they would use. The response packet includes the solicitation signature page, prospective supplier checklist, proposed subcontractors form if applicable, exceptions form if applicable, official bid price sheet, and required state certifications. The official price sheet must include unit and extended pricing for setup, printing, folding, shipping, and any other costs; the price sheet is to be sealed separately. A PDF copy of all submission documents must also be provided on a flash drive.
