Description
Richardson Independent School District is soliciting proposals from multiple vendors for print service equipment, printing supplies, and related services under an ongoing purchasing contract. Vendors must submit a proposal, published price list, completed discount questionnaire, W-9, insurance certificate, references, and numerous required certifications and acknowledgments through the online procurement portal. The solicitation also requests information about ordering, delivery, returns, pricing, payment terms, customer service, and related vendor policies. The submission instructions identify required and optional portal fields and uploads, including the required Percent Discount Questionnaire (Q-69GM), Vendor’s Published Price List, W-9, Vendor’s Insurance Certificate, Certificate of Interested Parties (1295 Form), and required certifications. The questionnaire response template is available through the project listing. The portal requires supplier registration, accepts PDF, Excel, Word, and other specified file types, and limits text responses to 2,000 characters and uploaded files to 1,000 MB.
